Pasture raised lamb. You can choose exactly how you would like it cut.
A whole lamb will have:
Leg roasts
Chump chops
Loin chops
Racks or cutlets
forequarter chops or on the bone roasts
Shanks
Rosemary and mint marinated or plain ribs
Get in touch if you have a requested cut not listed.
All cuts will be vacuum packed for mess free convenience and extended shelf life.
Price is $18/kg calculated on carcass weight, usually 22-26kg so total $396-468. Total price and invoicing will be finalised once packed. A deposit of $300 is required.
