Description

Pasture raised lamb. You can choose exactly how you would like it cut.

A whole lamb will have:

  • Leg roasts
  • Chump chops or boneless steaks
  • Loin chops or backstrap
  • Racks or cutlets
  • forequarter chops or on the bone roasts or boneless roasts
  • Shanks
  • Rolled roast or mince

Get in touch if you have a requested cut not listed.

All cuts will be vacuum packed for mess free convenience and extended shelf life.

Price is $14.50/kg calculated on carcass weight, usually 22-26kg so total $319-377. Total price and invoicing will be finalised once packed. A deposit of $200 is required.
