Pasture raised lamb only available by pre-order so you can choose exactly how you would like it cut.
A whole lamb will have:
- Leg roasts
- Chump chops or boneless steaks
- Loin chops or backstrap
- Racks or cutlets
- forequarter chops or on the bone roasts or boneless roasts
- Rolled roast
All cuts will be vacuum packed for mess free convenience and extended shelf life.
Price is $20/kg. We estimate packaged weight will be about 19kg (total cost $380). Total price and invoicing will be finalised once packed.
