Description
Pasture raised lamb. You can choose exactly how you would like it cut.
A side of lamb will have:
- Leg roast
- Chump chops
- Loin chops or backstrap
- Rack or cutlets
- forequarter chops or on the bone roast
- Shank
- Mint and rosemary marinated or plain lamb ribs
Get in touch if you have a requested cut not listed.
All cuts will be vacuum packed for mess free convenience and extended shelf life.
Price is $18/kg calculated on carcass weight. Weights are usually 11-13kg total price $198-234. Total price and invoicing will be finalised once packed. A deposit of $150 is required.
