Pasture raised lamb only available by pre-order so you can choose exactly how you would like it cut.
A side of lamb will have:
- Leg roast
- Chump chops or boneless steaks
- Loin chops or backstrap
- Rack or cutlets
- forequarter chops or on the bone roast or boneless roast
- Sausages or rissoles
All cuts will be vacuum packed for mess free convenience and extended shelf life.
Price is $20/kg. We estimate packaged weight will be about 9kg (total cost $180). Total price and invoicing will be finalised once packed.
