A side of lamb will have:
- Leg roast
- Chump chops or boneless steaks
- Loin chops or backstrap
- Rack or cutlets
- forequarter chops or on the bone roast or boneless roast
- Rolled roast or mince

All cuts will be vacuum packed for mess free convenience and extended shelf life.
Price is $15/kg calculated on carcass weight. Weights are usually 11-13kg total price $165-195. Total price and invoicing will be finalised once packed. A deposit of $100 is required.
