We’re Matt & Hayley Pattison and we love what we do! We both come from cattle farming families, we met at the Wagga Wagga Sale Yards, and we now run our own stud and paddock-to-plate beef box business. So you could say our lives have revolved around cattle! Here’s our story and how Pattison Pastoral came to be!

Our Story

Being fourth generation cattle farmers, we have the utmost respect for our animals. We are hands on, and are involved in every stage of the process from our paddock to your plate. We ensure that our cattle are cared for and treated well.

We believe this holistic process makes a difference to the end product, our delicious beef boxes. With shipping all over Australia.
