A quarter of beef, cut to your specifications, labelled and vacuum packed

Price is $15.95/kg calculated on carcass weight. Weights are usually 55-70kg, total cost $877.25-1116.50. Other weights available upon request. A deposit of $800 required. Total cost and invoice calculated once completed. Please note carcass weight includes bones and fat, if you prefer not to receive these waste products the weight you receive will be less.
