Description

La Molisana is one of the oldest pasta makers in Italy, over a century old. Founded in 1912 in Campobasso, Italy, La Molisana is only made with the finest Durum Wheat, Semolina so rich and full of flavour and high in protein content which gives the pasta its unique golden colour and unmistakable wheat flavour.

Extruded through traditional bronze dies, for that homemade rough texture that helps pasta to absorb and hold on to any sauce and cook to perfection every single time.

Perfect for: Meat and cheese based sauces. Also, excellent in pasta salad.
