Our 20kg boxes include a variety of primary and secondary cuts. An example of what our 20kg box includes is:
- 2 scotch fillet steaks
- 2 rib eyes
- 2 Tbone steaks
- 2 rump steaks
- 3 y-bone steaks
- 6 BBQ steaks
- 4 beef schnitzels
- 1kg diced beef
- 1 flank steak
- 1 kg short ribs
- 2kg premium mince
- 2 x 1.5kg roast
- 2x 1.5kg corned silverside
- 4 packs of 6 gourmet gluten free hog cased sausages. Flavours are always changing. If you have a request please get in touch!

Good bye woolies! Had the scotch and sausages tonight steak was juicy and marbled. The snags where something else had to ask my wife (ex butcher) what’s wrong with them the texture is different, she said” they are real snags” can’t go past local beef well done and thank you.
